Media Blasting

Highpoint Powder Coating offers a variety of media blasting solutions depending upon what the piece calls for. We primarily use garnet, aluminum oxide, walnut shell and sodium bicarbonate (baking soda). We offer blast only services charged at an hourly rate or we can powder coat your freshly blasted part. Powder Coating

Powder coating is one of our primary offerings at Highpoint. We stock over 40 different colors and can special order thousands of additional colors and finishes such as smooth, hammered, glosses and mattes. Powder coating contains no solvents so it is environmentally friendly.

Cerakote Ceramic Coating
​
We offer cleaning and pre-treatment services to ensure parts are clean, free of debris and oils​ and ready for coating. Our wash station includes a solution that leaves a layer phosphate on the part to ensure proper adheasion of the powder coating.
